Gold Bar Washington has its list of hillbillies and criminals inside its government offices, so last night was just more of the same.  Soon, Gold Bar Washington will cease to exist as a City in Washington State, but it’s a great place to live and raise kids.   However, we’d recommend buying bottled water… as the City’s water system is questionable ( cooper, lead, arsenic, and water pipes wrapped in asbestos).

Last night the City Council voted to replace, probably the most intelligential council member the city will ever have, Council Member Dawson ( also African American) , with a racist, white supremacist, women hater, and a member of the Washington State Militia ( supports over throwing the government), Bill Henry ( William Henry).

Strange twist, City of Gold Bar goes from an highly educated African American to an uneducated racist.

Knowing that members of our governing body are pretty much hillbillies and white trash, the Gold Bar Reporter retrieved copies of Bill Henry’s Facebook posts.  After Bill Henry realized we had copies of his Facebook post, that support that he is a racist, woman hater, a whack job who participates in overthrowing the government, and a White Supremacist, Bill Henry did what any coward would do, he deleted the posts. But not before the Gold Bar Reporter managed to obtain copies.

What’s even more concerning is that Bill Henry teaches driver’s education to our young children at the Sultan Washington High School.  Not sure about my readers, but this is not the type of person who should be with a dog let alone our young children. ( above is a post Bill Henry posted from Sultan Washington schools.

His Facebook posts illustrates Mr. Henry’s distain for African Americans right to peaceful assembly; and his distain for women.

In early 2016, the Gold Bar Reporter learned that three of its past Mayors have spent time in jail for theft and bank fraud  Crystal Hill Pennington, and Joe Beavers admitted in his deposition that he was convicted a crime ( we later learned it was assault) hence why Beavers’s was declared unfit for military service.  ** ( see below, correction made about Mayor Lee Hodo).  ***

In a nutshell, Bill Henry will be in his element.

Gold Bar’s public records officer, Bonnie Jones ( aka Scruggs, Dierkson), was found guilty rendering criminal assistance ( felony in the State of Hawaii.  Gold Bar’s city attorneys, Shannon Ragonesi and Ann Marie Soto, assisted Ms. Jones with ” expunging” her felony conviction in 2016 ( misappropriation of public resources and monies).

In November 2016, Ms. Jones was caught “destroying” public records in Gold Bar ( actually admitted to shredding our public records under oath) and was recently caught conspiring with Gold Bar’s former Mayor Joe Beavers to conceal Gold Bar public records.

Since Ms. Jones is already a convicted felon, what difference does another felony present.

RCW 40.16.010, injury to public record.

Every person who shall willfully and unlawfully remove, alter, mutilate, destroy, conceal, or obliterate a record, map, book, paper, document, or other thing filed or deposited in a public office, or with any public officer, by authority of law, is guilty of a class C felony and shall be punished by imprisonment in a state correctional facility for not more than five years, or by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars, or by both.

Gold Bar’s Council Members criminal history, and Black Widow Syndrome

Brain Diaz is a convicted drunk driver, who can’t seem to settle his own debt.  So what did Mayor Lee Hodo do, he appointed him to the Gold Bar Finance Committee.

Perhaps filing bankruptcy three years ago is a prerequisite to where the City of Gold Bar will end up in the next three years.  Never hurts to have first hand experience in an area will end in the next ten years.

Gold Bar council member Steve Yarbrough appears to be hiding from his Cowlitz County criminal history ( STATE VS STEVE HILTON YARBROUGH, Case 93-1-00730-0), or he was placed in Gold Bar to carry on hiding John Pennington’s rape of 5 year old child in 1992 Cowlitz County.  Seems worthy an archive search.

Perhaps the new Mayor Bill Clem will appoint Mr. Yarbrough as the new public records officer, as he seems to enjoy destroying the property of others.

From a personal note;  In October 2017, Gold Bar Reporter met Mr. Yarbrough for the first time . . . lets just say showering and personal hygiene is not a prerequisite to serve a Gold Bar council member.

Florence Davi Martin, Black Widow Syndrome and Racketeer

Florence Davi Martin was caught blogging on the Sky Valley Chronicle and sued for Racketeering ( case still pending).  Ms. Martin marriages seem to end in disaster, and she marries like it’s just anther day at the office ( 4 times).  Black Widow Syndrome.

In the past, the Gold Bar Reporter labeled Davi Martin “cupcake” but after learning that every man she marries ends up sick and dying soon after marriage,  her new nickname is ”  Black Widow”
